SteelSafe is hiring a Production Supervisor to manage daily scaffolding manufacturing operations and ensure quality, safety, and timely production.
Responsibilities:
Supervise shop floor production activities
Ensure quality control and safety compliance
Manage manpower and shift planning
Coordinate with planning and dispatch teams
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Experience in steel or scaffolding manufacturing
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
